Sitting in front of a stranger and opening up at an office, may feel intimidating. Your child & teen may be struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or agoraphobia and leaving the house may be difficult.

Your child & teen are sitting in their safe & known space, with a cup of tea, their teddy, with a device that is familiar to them and feeling more at ease to open up. 

The therapy space and process is at their pace, with their needs considered, and their comfort as a priority.

 

The use of technology, activities, art, and games provides an interactive, approachable and an anxiety reducing environment. This is beneficial for patients with ADHD, younger kids, and those who struggle to express.
